When listing resources:
When you hyperlink within your text, LibGuides cannot gather statistics for you.
Therefore, whenever possible, do not add links within the Rich Text/HTML option.
Instead, please add links using the Link or Database options.
Use Database if you are linking to a resource that is within our alphabetical Databases listing on the webpage.
If you are linking to a non-database resource, use the Link feature. Whenever possible, reuse existing links.
You may see multiple links to an item. Whenever possible, use the link noted as "Location: Assets List."
When you have a list of databases in your guide, click on the "*Add/Reorder" button and choose "Reorder Content." You will be able to see which of your assets are "linked" versus which are mapped as "databases" (see below).
For those items listed as "Link Group," please add them to your guide as "databases" using A-Z database list, and then delete the "Link Group" assets for those same items.
