What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary LoanInterlibrary loan (ILL) is a service that provides books, journal articles, and other types of materials that are not available through the FAU Libraries. This service is offered to FAU students, staff, and faculty.

If a journal article is not available through any of the libraries' databases or in its print collection, ILL can be used to get a copy. ILL will also obtain books that are not in FAU's collection.

Create your interlibrary loan account on their homepage, and check also check the status of requests by logging into your account in ILLiad, interlibrarian loan's online system.
