Keyword Searching

If you have only one keyword, then it is best to use the "Basic Search."  Select "Anywhere" from the menu and type in a keyword, such as "derivatives." 

If you have more than one keyword, then it is best to use the "Advanced Search.:"  Select "Anywhere" and combine words and terms using and, or, not, such as "derivatives" and "taxation."

What's a Call Number?

Refer to call numbers to find our books on the shelves. Every book is assigned a call number which tells you where in the library you can find it.  Need more help, click here.

Subject Searching

If you are searching for broad tax topics, select "Subject Heading" as your search type to find books and other items in either the "Basic Search" or "Advanced Search."  Here are some examples.

  • International business enterprises--Taxation

Find materials from all Florida public colleges and universities.  Use UBorrow to request materials.

Search WorldCatSearch WorldCat to locate books and other materials in libraries throughout North America and the world. Use interlibrary loan to request items found in WorldCat.
