Welcome to the research guide for the Accounting & Federal Tax Research Workshop! This guide provides information on how to research accounting topics and federal tax topics using a "Best Practices" guide for searching in the tax and legal databases and other resources.

Spring 2023 Semester Hours (Boca Raton):
The library building is open for the Spring 2023 semester from 7:40 am - 12:00 midnight, Monday-Thursday, 10:30 am - 6 pm on Saturday, and noon - midnight on Sunday (see our hours page for any changes).

As a result of library instruction, you will be able to:
- Use the "Off-Campus Connect" link to remotely access electronic resources.
- Know the difference between primary and secondary accounting and tax sources of information and where to find them.
- Effectively search online accounting, tax and legal databases to locate informaiton using various search strategies.
