The University Center for Excellence in Writing (UCEW) is devoted to supporting and promoting academic and professional writing for all members of the FAU community, including undergraduate and graduate students, staff, faculty, and visiting scholars.

As an FAU student, faculty or staff member, you have access to FAU's Virtual Apps: Software Anywhere Anytime.

You can now get access to the FAU licensed and managed software in the computer labs from anywhere! Virtual Apps is currently in a pilot phase capable of supporting 100 concurrent users. 

Virtual Apps provides access to software applications from any device – laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones – from any location at any time utilizing Citrix technology.
