Covidence

We are thrilled to announce that the Florida Atlantic University Libraries will be offering institutional access to Covidence to all current Florida Atlantic University students, faculty, and staff via student tech-fee funding through June 2027.

Covidence is a software tool that streamlines the review process for evidence synthesis projects such as scoping reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. 

How to Create a Free Covidence Account with FAU Institutional Access

  1. Go to  https://app.covidence.org/signup/trial/sso  

  1. Enter your FAU email address and click the “Create an account with SSO” button 

  1. Log in to FAU’s SSO page with your FAUNet ID and Password 

  1. Complete the prompts and click the “Create account” button 

  1. If you have any issues creating your account, please contact Covidence Support at support@covidence.org

Accessing Your Covidence Account After Leaving Florida Atlantic University

  • Please add a secondary email address to your Covidence account prior to graduating from or leaving Florida Atlantic University. Though you will no longer be able to use the organizational subscription to create new reviews after you leave FAU, you will still be able to access your existing reviews.
  • If you need to log back in to your Covidence account but cannot because you don't have access to your FAU email address anymore, please contact Covidence Support at support@covidence.org
