The Research and Instructional Services Department provides help with using the library by chat, email, and phone! You can also make an appointment for a personal consultation with a reference librarian.
Chat assistance is available 24/7.
FAU librarians are available from 9 AM - 5 PM from Monday through Friday. For all other times, librarians from other systems (who have access to FAU's resources) will be available for chat.
