Troubleshooting

If you are asked to pay for an article: don't!

1) Please check that you are still connected to FAU through EZ Proxy-- resign in to ensure your access has not timed out.

2) Contact your local friendly librarian (Tiffany Follin at tfollin@health.fau.edu) to ensure the article is not available elsewhere in the FAU holdings. Occasionally an article is not easily accessible through a straight-forward search; the medical librarians never mind checking to see if we can find an article for you.

3) Place an ILL (interlibrary loan) request for the article. ILL service covers a set cost to bring in an item; if the item exceeds this cost you will be consulted and will not automatically be charged. Questions about ILL? More info is available in the "Library Resources" tab, or email your question!
