Pop-Up Library - Pride Month

Featured Event

Every year in June we celebrate Pride Month to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan.  This is widely regarded as a turning point for LGBTQ+ rights in the USA.  This year the FAU Libraries is partnering with the Center for Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies to host ‘Stories of Pride’.  This virtual event will feature several members of the LGBTQ+ community sharing their stories and experiences with the FAU community.  If you are interested in participating in this program please register here and plan to join us on June 29th at noon.  The format of this program will be similar to the previous storytelling programs we have hosted.
