The FAU Library Catalog allows you to search for books, government documents, DVDs, electronic books, and other materials in the Library's collection. The catalog will tell you if the library owns a particular periodical (journal or magazine), but the catalog does not include the articles found in those periodicals. To find an article, you must use a different database (click on the "Find Articles" tab above).
Basic Search: find books by Keyword, Title or Author
The Advanced search screen allows you to combine terms using “and", "or", "not”. (Example: "rehabilitation" AND "depression"). You can also limit your search by location, date, format, or language.
write down the name of a book you may be able to use
take note of the book location, call number and availability
you can check your library account for your holds and loans
you may renew books online if no one has placed a hold on your item
"cite this" gives you the reference in APA format
