Welcome to the research guide for the Accounting & Federal Tax Research Workshop! This guide provides information on how to research accounting topics and federal tax topics using a "Best Practices" guide for searching in the tax and legal databases and other resources.  

Learning Objectives

As a result of library instruction, you will be able to:

  • Use the "Off-Campus Connect" link to remotely access electronic resources.
  • Know the difference between primary and secondary accounting and tax sources of information and where to find them.
  • Effectively search online accounting, tax and legal databases to locate informaiton using various search strategies.
