Letter from James Campbell (shipmate) to John Burke, March 23rd, 1888

James Campbell thanked John Burke for making his Affidavit for his case for pension. he also writes about his declining health and that his wife is sick. He also talks about his children a girl 12 and a boy 14 both in school.  He also tells John that he received a letter from a mutual, John Omiere, an officer, who wrote from South America.
