General Affidavit and supporting documentation (Itinerary)  November 30th, 1887

General Affidavit officially granting John Burke his pension by stating that John Burke is a resident of New York state and  detailing his time in the Union Navy by way of shipmate testaments

The General Affidavit  was done by John J. Kelly

 

The supporting documentation is the Itinerary of John Burke's time in the Union Navy. it noted when a when and where he boarded the ship when he became Quarter Master, and when he was in sick bay. this document was signed by John Appleton
