Letter and draft from Joseph (bother) to John Burke, April 6-7,1864

This is a letter and draft from John Burke's brother Joseph.  the content of the draft and letter are similar. In the draft Joseph writes about getting $325 and that he is going to go into battle. In the letter, Joseph omits the about of money he is receiving.  He talks about not being able to receive his money before leaving to go into battle.
