Troubleshooting

If you are asked to pay for an article: don't!

1) Please check that you are still connected to FAU through EZ Proxy-- resign in to ensure your access has not timed out.

2) Contact your local friendly librarian (tfollin@health.fau.edu) to ensure the article is not available elsewhere. The medical department has the ability to place an ILL request on your behalf, if needed.

3) Place an ILL (interlibrary loan) request for the article. ILL service covers the cost to bring in an item; if the item exceeds this cost you will be consulted and will not automatically be charged. Questions about ILL? More info is available in the "Library Resources" tab, or email your question!
