The Reference Department provides help with using the library by chat, email, and phone! You can also make an appointment for a personal consultation with a reference librarian.

Sunday - Thursday Friday - Saturday
10 AM - 12 AM (midnight) 10 AM - 6 PM
FAU librarians will be available from 1 PM - 5 PM from Monday through Thursday. For all other times, librarians from around the state will be available for chat.
Make an appointment to meet with a subject-specialist librarian for assistance with assignments using library resources in person, or online via Google Hangouts or Lync/Skype for Business.
Please send us your reference question! A response will usually be sent by email within 48 hours. Questions received during evening, weekend or holiday hours will be handled on the next business day.
