What is Access Medicine?

Access Medicine is a comprehensive online medical resource that is available to FAU users. Off-campus users must first authenticate their institutional access using their FAUNet ID and password. 

Where do I find Access Medicine?

Access the database through the Medical department's page, http://www.library.fau.edu/med/, by clicking the "Library Resources" page located in the left column.

How Do I Find Images in Access Medicine?

To search for images in Access Medicine or Access Pediatrics: 

1. Use the pull down menu located on the home page's navigation bar labeled "Multimedia"

2. Select the option you want. 

3. For this example, "Lecture" was chosen. In the page, lecture images can be accessed by clicking a topic image within the main page or along the left navigation column,
